1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and CCT999 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the CCT999 online gaming and sports betting platform at cct999.app and the CCT999 mobile application.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses any part of the CCT999 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, the VIP programme, bonuses, promotions, and all related services. 3 Account Registration and Security

If duplicate accounts are identified, CCT999 reserves the right to close all but the original account and to review any transactions, bonuses or winnings generated across those accounts.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate personal details including your name and contact information. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CCT999 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. CCT999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared or failed to secure your login details.

Account details including the registered name cannot be transferred to another person. CCT999 accounts are non-transferable. Selling, gifting or otherwise transferring an account is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on CCT999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast bank transfer, standard bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your CCT999 wallet once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. CCT999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the account, or a verified payment method belonging to the account holder. CCT999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and account VIP tier:

• Standard accounts: withdrawals processed within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to verification status.
• Gold VIP and above: priority processing with reduced waiting times.
• Platinum and Diamond VIP: same-day withdrawal processing as standard at these tiers.

CCT999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspicious activity, bonus abuse or potential violations of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

CCT999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is offered.

General bonus terms applicable to all CCT999 promotional offers:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Using bonuses to guarantee profits regardless of outcome through techniques such as matched betting or arbitrage is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Stacking bonuses that are not explicitly intended to be combined is not permitted.
• CCT999 VIP programme cashback credited at Bronze tier and above has no wagering requirement and is credited directly to the main PKR wallet.
• Any suspicion of bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in the cancellation of bonuses, reversal of associated winnings and potential permanent account closure.

CCT999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the CCT999 platform. Continued participation in a promotion after any change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6 Betting, Gaming and Sports Rules

All bets and wagers placed on CCT999 — whether on sports including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports or other markets, or on casino games including live casino and slots — are subject to these Terms and the specific rules of the relevant game or market.

Sports betting general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the case of obvious pricing errors, CCT999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
• CCT999 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event or player account at its discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live feed availability. CCT999 is not responsible for delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play betting. Bets confirmed before a relevant event result are valid.
• Void bets: bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to event cancellation, postponement beyond the stated settlement period, or identified technical error. Voided bets have stakes returned.
• Suspected match manipulation or any form of corrupt influence on an event: CCT999 reserves the right to suspend betting, delay settlement and void bets on any market where manipulation is suspected.

Casino and slots general rules:

• All casino games on CCT999 are provided by third-party game developers. Game rules specific to each title apply in addition to these Terms.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's logic and the result will stand. Interrupted rounds are not replayed from scratch.
• CCT999 is not responsible for technical malfunctions in third-party game software. Confirmed software malfunctions may result in the affected round being voided and the wager returned.

7 VIP Programme

The CCT999 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on accumulated wagering activity as measured by VIP points earned on the platform. Full tier criteria and benefits are outlined on the VIP page.

• VIP tier status and the benefits attached to each tier are subject to change. CCT999 will provide reasonable notice of any changes to the VIP programme structure.
• VIP cashback is calculated based on eligible wagers during the relevant period and credited in PKR. The cashback rate applicable is the rate for your tier at the time of calculation.
• VIP points used for tier calculation do not have a direct monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are a measure of wagering activity only.
• CCT999 reserves the right to adjust or remove VIP tier status in cases of suspected abuse, violation of these Terms, or where account activity is inconsistent with the spirit of the VIP programme.
• VIP benefits including dedicated account managers are available from Gold tier upward. Account manager assignment is at CCT999's discretion based on tier and activity level.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on CCT999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent account closure:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to create an account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any other automated means to interact with the CCT999 platform.
• Exploiting technical bugs, glitches or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a confirmed error may be voided.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly live casino, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud or use of stolen payment credentials to fund a CCT999 account.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a third party, or acting as an agent for another player in placing bets or managing an account.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

9 Responsible Gaming

CCT999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable, or starts to feel like a compulsion, that is a signal to take a break and reassess.

CCT999 provides the following responsible gaming tools within your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR to control your spending.
• Session time reminders — set alerts to notify you how long you have been playing in a single session.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

CCT999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• The account has been identified as a duplicate of an existing registered account.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Required identity verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by CCT999's internal inactivity policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, CCT999 will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate an outcome to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe. During a suspension period, access to the account and associated funds may be restricted.

In cases of confirmed Terms violation, any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings or funds associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited in full. Funds that were deposited legitimately and are not connected to any violation will be returned to the account holder through the original payment method after the investigation is concluded.

Players who wish to close their own CCT999 account voluntarily may contact support at any time. A voluntary account closure request will be processed after any outstanding bets are settled and any applicable verification is completed. Remaining balance will be returned via the verified payment method on the account.

11 Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall CCT999's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12 Changes to These Terms

CCT999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.
